LAW OF PERSONALITY

ONE of the strangest kinks in human nature is the tendency of mankind at large to accept as fundamental truth statements and opinions which are the exact opposite of the truth.

A typical example is this: It has become the general opinion that success in any form of endeavor is unusual; that the man who succeeds is most decidedly out of the ordinary; and that failure or mediocrity is the surety of most people.

Nothing could be further from the truth. No greater service could be rendered to the world at large than to correct this false opinion.

For success, like health, is natural; failure, like ill-health, is unnatural.

The reason for this is most clearly stated by Emer son: “Nature arms each man with some faculty which enables him to do easily some feat impossible to any other, and thus makes him necessary to society.”

This means that every man and woman is created to succeed. To attain the success to which you are destined, all you need do is to act along the line of the particular faculty on which you are “plus,”and abounding success will automatically comes to you.
